Recap of the August 2010 Meeting below
Hello All, I will have to make this short & sweet once again, hands are not cooperating. Our mtg was called
to order on 8/3/2010 7:30pm @ the Sports Zone in Eton. Jackie led us in prayer & the pledge. We had 30 members & 3
guests present. Officer reports were given & accepted. If u can’t make it down to state elections, please come to
the next mtg for your absentee ballot. It’s time again to vote in your District 1 officers as well. This is who will
be on the ballots for your vote on Sept 7th mtg. District Coordinator:

Reed Membership Directors: Andy & Jeanette Etheridge Activities Director: Sharon Apodaca Jr.
Abate: Jayne Rainey The appointed positions are not listed. Tami gave us an update for the 22nd annual John Crum Memorial held the first weekend
of October. Lots of fun activities planned this year. Tami was also voted August member of the month. Thanks to all who came

of Georgia District 1 Adopt-A-Mile * Good news and bad news...Litter pick up cancelled
for this Sunday as the state has already picked up the litter...Litter pick up will be rescheduled for later in August or
September hopefully the weather will be cooler as well...Thanks everyone... Trash pick-up will begin
at TBA on TBA, 2010 Please meet at Whisker's Place. 9707 Old Hwy 411 Refreshments will be served after trash
is collected.
