This month's spotlight member is none other than our own Whiskers
or "Token Canadian". If you don't recognize his picture he will be at each meeting selling you plenty of 50/50 tickets
or hosting and cooking at the "Adopt A Mile" liter pick-up. He is pictured above with his 3 year son Will (What
a cute little Red Haired Angel). Whiskers also has a 27 year old son "Chris" who lives in Ontario Canada, 2
Boxers named Chopper and Bambi. He has a very diverse life. Traveling to all 50 states, 9 Providences, Yukon Territory,
Mexico and you will have to ask about his adventures of almost making it to Jamaica. He was also raised
and worked on a farm, postman, fireman, drove a truck for over 30 years and operated 2 gas stations. We are
fortunate for him to call Georgia his home now and ABATE District 1 his family. He has been involved with ABATE
since 1990 when a friend "Terry Davis" invited him to the "Big John Crum Memoral Rally". The rest is all
history. Whiskers was nominated as the Spotlight Member of the Month due to his willingness to help, his constant
and loyal support of ABATE District 1. CONGRATULATIONS to Whiskers on being voted our "MEMBER IN THE
